NATIONAL PRONTO ASSOCIATION ADDS NEW SHAREHOLDER

Grapevine, Texas – National Pronto Association is pleased to announce the addition of Bert Williams & Sons, Inc. to the Pronto group effective January 1, 2010. Bert Williams & Sons started in 1939 and is a two-step distributor selling automotive and heavy duty truck parts. The two locations in Napa and Vallejo serve the counties of Napa, Solano, Contra-Costa, and Sonoma. Herb L. Williams is the President and Don Derosans is the Purchasing Manager.

National Pronto Association is a shareholder owned organization headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas.
