NATIONAL PRONTO ASSOCIATION ADDS NEW SHAREHOLDER

Grapevine, Texas – National Pronto Association is pleased to announce the addition of Distribuidora De Refacciones Chavitar to the Pronto group effective October 1, 2009. Chavitar is a warehouse distributor headquartered in Chihuahua, Mexico and was founded in 1984 by Sr. Pedro Oviedo Chavira. The company has three additional company owned locations located throughout the City of Chihuahua.

National Pronto Association is a shareholder owned organization headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Pronto was formed in 1979 and is a leading Program Distribution group with over one billion in sales, with a focus on marketing, technology, and buying.
