NATIONAL PRONTO ASSOCIATION ADDS NEW SHAREHOLDER

Fort Worth, Texas – National Pronto Association is pleased to announce the addition of Refaccionaria Moderna to the Pronto group effective February 1, 2009. Refaccionaria Moderna is a large warehouse distributor, founded in 1942 and headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico with additional distribution centers located in Leon and Mexico City, and a client base dispersed throughout most of the country. Furthermore, Refaccionaria Moderna has over 20 company counter stores located throughout Mexico.

National Pronto Association is a shareholder owned organization headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Pronto was formed in 1979 and is a leading Program Distribution group with over one billion in sales, with a focus on marketing, technology, and buying.
