IMDA Automotive Warehouse joins Pronto as Shareholder!

National Pronto Association is please to announce that a new shareholder has joined the buying and marketing group. IMDA Automotive Warehouse located in Stoney Creek, Ontario has become the newest member of Pronto. This is the Pronto’s first Canadian shareholder. The President of IMDA is John Bloom. Brian Pyett is the program group contact and Bill Bloom is the purchasing manager. IMDA operates 4 of its own stores plus serves the jobber market in the Southern Ontario area.

National Pronto is a shareholder owned organization with headquarters in Justin, Texas. Pronto was formed in 1979 and its President Bill Maggs states that Pronto will continue to add new shareholders that want to be part of an exciting member controlled organization that continually looks for new ideas and better buying economics to make each shareholder stronger.
