NATIONAL PRONTO ADDS TWO NEW SHAREHOLDERS
FORT WORTH, TEXAS - National Pronto Association is pleased to announce two new shareholders have joined the programmed distribution group effective January 1, 2006.

Nevada Brake, Las Vegas, Nevada, was founded in 1976 and has been a premier distributor dedicated to servicing the professional service-center trade through three warehouse locations, two in Las Vegas and one in Henderson. The General Manager of Nevada Brake is Martin Lebo.

Slack Auto Parts, Gainesville, Georgia, was founded in 1928 has nine locations serving the professional and retail trade. In addition, Slack has Heavy Duty vehicle parts. The President of Slack Auto Parts is Henry Slack.

National Pronto Association is a shareholder owned organization headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Pronto was formed in 1979 and is a leading Program distribution group with over one billion in sales with a focus on marketing, technology and buying.
