NATIONAL PRONTO ASSOCIATION ADDS NEW SHAREHOLDER

Fort Worth, Texas – National Pronto Association is pleased to announce the addition of Samuels, Inc. to the Pronto group effective December 1, 2008. Samuels, Inc. serves the Northern and Central New Jersey area and is headquartered in Vauxhall, New Jersey. Samuels also operates Buy Wise Auto Parts in Vauxhall, Jersey City, and Kenilworth, New Jersey. Mr. Robert Samuels is the owner.

National Pronto Association is a shareholder owned organization headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Pronto was formed in 1979 and is a leading Program Distribution group with over one billion in sales, with a focus on marketing, technology, and buying.
