Eugene Service Parts Joins Pronto as Shareholder

Justin, Texas, June 29, 2004—

National Pronto Association is pleased to announce Eugene Service Parts has become a new shareholder of the programmed distribution group. Eugene Service Parts is located in Eugene, Oregon and is a full-line automotive parts distribution center servicing central and southern Oregon. The President of Eugene Service Parts is Bill Lewis and Gary Davis is the Vice President.

National Pronto Association is a shareholder owned organization headquartered in Justin, Texas. Pronto was formed in 1979 and currently has 49 shareholder owners operating 87 distribution center locations. Pronto offers shareholders marketing programs utilizing the Pronto Smart Choice and VIP Tech Center programs. In addition to marketing, Pronto has been a leader in technology with all group communication provided through a private extranet, automated rebate processing, EDI and data warehousing. Shareholders also benefit from name brand and private brand buying programs developed for profitability
