Bill Maggs
President & CEO
Overall management of the Association. Responsible for the day to day operation of the Association and coordination of communication with the PRONTO Membership, PRONTO Marketing Partners and other business partners. Primary staff contact with PRONTO Board of Directors and Committee Chairmen. Call with any question concerning the direction of the group and / or policy and procedural issues.


Mike Mohler, AAP
Vice President

 
In addition to his Product Management responsibilities, Mike Mohler is involved in many corporate activities including marketing, training, data warehousing, recruiting and strategic planning. Mike is an ASE-certified Automotive Technician (A-1 Engine Repair) and an ASE-certified Part Specialist (P2). Additionally, Mike has extensive experience calling on installers, machine shops, jobbers and warehouse distributors. A graduate of Northeast Louisiana University, Mohler earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing degree.


Murray Sullivan
Director of Business Development

 

Murray is responsible for helping fuel the growth of the association. His focus is on seeking out and signing up new companies that are aggressive in their markets and that have a stong interest in being involved in a shareholder run organization.


Michael Mitchell
Director of Supply Chain Management
  As Director of Supply Chain Management, Mike is responsible for developing and implementing the group's technology-based solutions. The Group's solutions will include electronic ordering, order acknowledgements, electronic invoices, and data sharing. The program "ProntoDX" will provide Pronto shareholders and vendors the ability to reduce supply chain costs, improve accuracy, and streamline processes. In addition, "ProntoDX" will better manage and reduce slow-moving inventory by aggregating shareholders on-hand inventory and sales along with providing vendors an opportunity to see and acquire excess inventory as needed.


David Wofford, Director of Sales and Marketing
  As Director of Sales and Marketing, David’s primary role will be to assist all the Members and Service Centers with all aspects of the Pronto Smart Choice Advantage program. He is instrumental at seeking out vendors that can provide new “installer” service offerings to generate a competitive edge for the Pronto Smart Choice program compared to our competition. Besides generating marketing campaigns, he also provides hands on support at the street level to insure that the programs meet the needs of the sales staff and the installers.
     

Tim Evans,
Executive Director National Accounts
 

Tim is responsible for marketing the National Pronto business model to national automotive corporate, franchise and fleet entities. His focus is on developing, growing and managing national account business that promotes growth and profitability for Pronto members.



Marcia Bjorum
Chief Financial Officer
  Marcia is responsible for the general accounting functions of the association including the preparation of the financial reports, calculation and distribution of rebates, maintenance of the member co-op accounts, and management of the department. Please call Marcia with your questions regarding your rebates, or your accounts.


Kerri Gulick
Executive Assistant to CEO & Director, Corporate Meeting Planning
  Kerri started with Pronto in 1999 and has fourteen years of Pronto Association Management Experience.  Kerri works closely with Bill Maggs, David Wofford, Tim Evans and the group Marketing Committee to implement and manage the Member Marketing programs, promotions, identification, and Service Center programs.  Additionally, Kerri is the Meeting Manager for the Association. Please call Kerri with any question regarding member marketing programs and/or meeting planning.


Brown Welch
Senior Product & Data Communications Manager

 

Brown is responsible for managing and maintaining all price files, product bulletins, promotions, and other vendor data in our Pronto-Net database.  In addition this maintenance Brown is involved in product marketing and product line analysis.  Brown come to Pronto with 35 years of aftermarket history from counterman, sales, store manager, owner and WD purchasing and inventory management.


Elise Burns
Administrative Assistant
 

Elise is the Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. Elise assists the Member Services Department with data-entry, building kits, coordinating shipments, and taking warranty calls. In addition to these responsibilities, Elise answers phones, directs calls, and supports all staff members as needed.



Beatrice Miller
Administrative Assistant
 

Beatrice facilitates Member integration into the Pronto Data Warehouse and plays a key role in Pronto's EDI program. In addition, Beatrice's key responsibility is aggregating all data necessary for National Account activity. She is actively involved with Members, Vendors, and data service providers, getting needed cooperation to accomplish this primary responsibility.
